Healthy Muslim Families
In 2022, Healthy Muslim Families and MTJ Foundation collaborated, aiming to promote civic engagement, individual and group rights, economic opportunity, and social justice for all. Their joint efforts reflect a commitment to fostering a healthier and more equitable society.
Walk to Chibougama
MTJ Foundation Canada supported Brother Hicham and Abdullah in raising awareness for the First Nation's Masjid "Centre Communautaire El Mouahidine" in Chibougamau. Their collaborative efforts aim to bring attention and support to this important community initiative.
Kidpreneur
Organized by the MTJ Foundation, the Kidpreneur Event nurtured young entrepreneurial spirits, supporting communities in need and specifically backing our Water Campaign—an initiative blending entrepreneurship with charitable contributions.

2021-Project Highlights
SMILE Canada Autism Awareness
In collaboration with SMILE Canada, we distributed 100 stationary baskets for children with autism, aiming to enhance understanding and acceptance. The project included educational presentations by SMILECan to promote awareness and support for individuals with autism.
British Columbia Flood Relief Project
MTJ Foundation Canada swiftly responded to urgent flooding in British Columbia, collaborating with Tera Terra Helping Hands Society. Through the generosity of our community, we raised $10,000 to aid families affected by the flooding and landslides.
Ramadan Detention Center Project
Delivered 120 Eid bags to Toronto East Detention Centre, provided 40 thermos flasks to Collins Bay Institution, and brought 270 sweet boxes from Le Mubrook to Toronto South Detention Centre, with a 30-day motivational lecture series by scholars inspiring inmates during Ramadan.
Food Hampers; Muslim Welfare Centre
In preparation for Ramadan 2021, the MTJ Foundation in Canada actively packaged food hampers, prioritizing support for those facing financial challenges and distributing essential provisions to foster community unity and empathy during this sacred month.
